We have a ticket that we need to close, but it keeps reopening because the user that submitted it (spam bot) is now blocked, and it pops up the "mail not received" type message.
(I'm not sure how a bot found the address to start with as we don't post it anywhere, but I digress...)
I have tried turning off user notifications before closing it but it still reopens because of the "mail undeliverable" message.
How can I close this ticket?
